The mapper is up: thinkers-mapper. A rhizome of every course in The Kiwi Dialectic catalogue. Free to read. No login. No algorithm in the way.
Tap a node, the drawer opens, the lessons are there. Every link goes straight to the Substack post. Every course has a Chat thread button so the conversation keeps going after the lesson ends.
How it's wired
The mapper is not a static picture. It reads the live courses.json from the kiwidialecticcalendar repo every time it loads. That file is the single source of truth — the same file that builds the public calendar and the .ics feed you can subscribe to in Apple Calendar, Google, or Outlook.
The pipeline runs in one direction:
- A course goes into courses.json — title, slug, lessons, access type, real Substack URLs.
- The calendar repo rebuilds the .ics feed and the public calendar page.
- The thinkers-mapper pulls the same JSON on load and draws each course as a node with its lessons and chat thread.
- The Substack post itself is where the lesson actually lives. **Substack is the school gate. GitHub is the timetable on the wall.
Add one course, the whole network updates. That is the point of a rhizome — no centre, no hierarchy, just connections that grow.
What's on the map right now
- AI Warrior — The Kiwi Dialectic is live. Just translated this site into te reo - it looks amazing. Six modules, six thinkers, one praxis. Train the mind. Arm the class. Once the course is finished, a user has to comment etc and gets a badge.

- Te Pā Tūwatawata — AI, tikanga, and data sovereignty. This site is to set up as a charitable trust but need to find the right people to work with. Otherwise, I thought I would turn it into a Cooperative - based on deep research.

This is your map. Post a lesson — the post you wrote, the thread you ran, the Chat reply that became its own essay — and once it lands in courses.json, it lands on the mapper. Your work becomes a node. Your node connects to the thinker it descends from. The lineage is visible. The class can see the whole library at a glance.
